Covid 19 Safety Plan Information

It is a legal requirement that groups who were forced to close due to COVID-19 and now returning, are required to complete a COVID-19 Safe Plan.  We have completed this Safe Plan and submitted it to SA Government and Dogs SA.  This Safe Plan will be displayed on the notice board.

As of the 21st of August 2020, all community clubs must have a certified covid safety marshall onsite.  We have organised Ros Jones as our marshall.  Ros is the president of the club and one of the instructors.  If you are unaware of who Ros is, she will be wearing a fluro vest, and if still unsure, please speak to one of the volunteers and they will happily point her out.

We have measured the area of the clubrooms, verandah and reserve and have calculated how many people can be in one area at any one time.

  • Office – 13

  • Under the verandah – 30

  • On the Reserve – 110

COVID-19 posters will be displayed on the notice board.

PAODC’s Safety Plan includes:

  • Sign-in register to include mobile number or email address.  A QR Code will be available for members to use with the SAGov app.  This is now a legal requirement.

  • Hand santizer is available at the sign-in desk and in the office.  Please use this before and after each class.

  • Keep a distance of 1.5 metres away from each other.  Markers have been placed on the ground around the verandah for reference.

  • Classes will be limited to 10 people per class plus the instructor.

  • Each area of the Club room will be sign posted with the number of people allowed in that area.

  • BBQ’s will be provide, but will be in accordance with SA government regulations.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the club.

  • We request that members download and activate the COVID SAFE app on their phones.

  • New member registrations will be restricted to one at a time in the office.

  • Current advice is to, arrive at the grounds as close to the start of training as possible, attend class and leave the club grounds as soon as possible after class.

  • Members are asked not to handle any of the Club’s equipment.
