Welcome to the Port Adelaide Obedience Dog Club.

 

The Club accepts fully vaccinated dogs of different breeds, age, shape, size and personality!

We will teach you to train your dog in basic obedience in a fun and friendly environment using positive reward methods to become a well mannered and socially accepted member of the community.

Our instructors are volunteers who are keen to share their knowledge and enjoyment of obedience training with the community. All instructors have trained their own dogs to a minimum of the Basic Obedience Certificate and many have gone on to compete with their dogs in Obedience Trials. Our aspiring instructors complete an extensive 12 month training course under the guidance of one or more experienced instructors and on-going training is provided to all our instructors.

Our volunteer base keeps our overheads low enabling us to provide extremely affordable training.
